We invest in software application and information technology companies who offer products or infrastructure that supports on-demand services to PC-based, Mobile device, Web Service clients. Preferred companies are driving the ’Software-as-a-Service' market opportunity and seek to license their products; deliver as open source, proprietary code or a hybrid. Grove is interested in solutions aimed at Financial Services, IT, vertical markets, corporate users, small and large business users as well as consumer-focused applications.
We look for companies that use software or the Internet to radically change and improve channel distribution, disrupt cost structures and introduce recurring services revenue. Specific areas of focus include:
